Eugen Šlapak received his BSc. and MSc degrees in Informatics from the Technical University of Košice, Košice, Slovakia, in 2016 and 2018, respectively. His master’s thesis focused on using self-organizing maps for HetNet topology design under the supervision of Assoc. Prof. Juraj Gazda. Since 2017, he has worked with the Intelligent Information Systems Laboratory research team at the Technical University of Košice. His research focuses on applications of machine learning approaches to cellular wireless networks modeled as multi-agent systems.
